Return & Refund Policy

At The House of Sneh, each product is carefully handcrafted and quality-checked before dispatch. Due to the nature of our products, we maintain a limited return policy.

1. Returns

We only accept returns in the following cases:

• Product received is damaged or defective
• Wrong product delivered

To be eligible:

• You must raise a request within 48 hours of delivery
• Product must be unused and in original packaging

2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

• Email us at hello@thehouseofsneh.com
• Share your order ID
• Attach clear photos/videos of the issue

Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup or guide you on the return process.

3. Refunds

• Refunds are processed only after the returned product is received and inspected
• Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days

4. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

• Used products
• Products damaged due to misuse
• Minor variations in color, fragrance, or texture (as products are handcrafted)

5. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order. Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed.
